First thing’s first.
Our initial meeting and site inspection includes the builder meeting with the client to determine design requirements, planning and budget.

This stage helps to determine the true build costs and initial finance requirements for the build.
Yes. You can have that in writing.
During the documentation stage all the details are fine tuned. The structural design (engineering) is completed and the interiors and colours are finalised. *We provide a guaranteed highly detailed and complete fixed price quote that includes all high quality products and trades. We have high quality control in place to ensure that all products and items are kept to a high standard.
The contract is also completed at this stage.

Signed, sealed and scheduled.
On payment of the deposit your new home will be scheduled for start of construction and all required approvals are lodged for the build.
Depending on the project there may be additional base stage, frame stage and enclosed stages.

A comprehensive handover will be done after the final clean. We will show you how appliances and special features work and a handover pack will be included.
