We used Yates Builders to build our house. Lukas was recommended by our draftsmen.

Yates online service, which provided up to date photos and amendments meant we were always aware of how the build was going.

Lukas and his team were really professional and I certainly can’t speak highly enough of Tim their project manager.

They built to time schedule, managed our expectations and kept on budget. We are totally stoked with our house and really love it.

Lukas was patient, generous with his time in explaining things, when my hubby got things and I did not.

When keys were handed over, the site was clean and we were able to move in straight away.

I love our house and can’t recommend Yates Builders enough. We have not regretted using Yates and if we ever built again, we would go straight to Yates without bothering with a tender process.
