The four bedrooms and rumpus upstairs ensure the entire lower level is dedicated to entertaining with a full media room or study. The upstairs master bedroom includes a spacious walk in robe and ensuite and a private balcony to enjoy summer breezes and winter sun.
This home offers ample light with the large windows creating a very open feel while making the most of the available space. The double storey void over the stairs and entry provides a bright and welcoming feel as you walk through to the entertaining areas and the backyard.
The lower level space includes a butlers pantry off the main kitchen and entirely open plan living with large stacker doors providing views out onto the yard…. and pool if you choose.
