An excellent example of our coordination with outside designers, the entire execution created a truly beautiful home. The home’s exterior is characterised by linear weatherboard cladding featuring mitred corners, stained American oak timber floors throughout, a large galley-style kitchen including black granite benchtops, a butler’s pantry and a large entertaining deck. Six metre bifold doors lead from the kitchen/living space to the outdoor area. We incorporated Sunergy Low E high performance glass to all energy efficient glazing throughout. Beautiful double hung windows and large doorways provide cross-flow ventilation during warmer months. This home is situated in a bushfire zone and as such all claddings, windows, roof and water tanks have been constructed in accordance with this code while maintaining an attractive and stylish exterior.
